چکیده
Purpose: Evaluation of efficacy Talaromyces flavus microcapsule in controlling cotton important fungal diseases and introducing for using the fields.

Methods: In this research focused on application efficiency evaluation two new formulations T. microcapsules (TF-Co-G-1: Isolate 1 obtained from Gorgan farm) suspension powder forms, which were compared with fungicide Talaromin® farmers' fields. research, farms (Karkandeh Hashemabad) a history infection VW DO selected different regions Golestan province. Each fields an area 1000 m2 was divided into seven equal parts. each part, treatments applied separately, including soil application, as seed impregnation, control. The efficiencies terms studied strengthening growth indicators evaluated by comparing means nine measured traits, three traits disease (the percentage healthy seedlings incidence rate severity VW). To end, mixed analysis variance (ANOVA) first performed MS TAT C software, ANOVA region separately significant effect treatment × location.
Results conclusion: results showed that among formulations, impregnation 32% 59% respectively most effective increase decrease VW. Therefore, indicate technical knowledge to produce forms can be transferred manufacturing companies carry out commercialization mass production process.
 Originality/value: Production microcapsule.

Two new coumarins from Talaromyces flavus.
Two new coumarins, talacoumarins A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the wetland soil-derived fungus Talaromyces flavus BYD07-13. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data (NMR, MS) analyses. The absolute configuration of C-12 in 1 was assigned using the modified Mosher's method, whereas that of C-12 in 2 was deduced via the circular dichroism data of i...

15 صفحه اولA set of interesting sequoiatones stereoisomers from a wetland soil-derived fungus Talaromyces flavus
Four interesting sequoiatones stereoisomers (1-4) were isolated from a wetland soil-derived fungus Talaromyces flavus by chiral HPLC. On the basis of comprehensive NMR and mass analyses, their planar structures were elucidated as the same as that of sequoiatone B. Among them, 1 and 3 (or 2 and 4) were a pair of enantiomers, and 1 and 2 (or 3 and 4) were a pair of stereoisomers with epimerizatio...
متن کاملImmunoregulation in Fungal Diseases
This review addresses specific regulatory mechanisms involved in the host immune response to fungal organisms. We focus on key cells and regulatory pathways involved in these responses, including a brief overview of their broader function preceding a discussion of their specific relevance to fungal disease. Important cell types discussed include dendritic cells and regulatory T cells, with a fo...
